Hi, I’m Jenna, the owner of The Sourdough Haus! We're a small, family-run micro bakery in the Northwest Minneapolis metro with a passion for all things sourdough. From our naturally fermented loaves to bagels, cookies, muffins and even sourdough treats for your pups, everything we make is crafted with care and a love for good food. You can find us at local farmers markets or order online for pick-up/local delivery to bring a little slice of our kitchen to your home. A fresh take on bread

We specialize in creating handcrafted sourdough baked goods using simple, yet high-quality ingredients. Our plain loaves consist of just four ingredients: purified water, unbleached flour sourced from North Dakota, salt, and our naturally fermented sourdough starter, leaving behind preservatives and other ingredients commonly found in store-bought alternatives.
